These are the steps that should be taken when a component fails in a
Fire Alarm System and causes an actual Alarm Evacuation Event and
calls the Fire Department.
1 - Verify there is no alarm. Go to location on the screen, If no actual fire,
go to next step.
2 - Silence Alarm do not reset.
3 - Call number on panel sticker for 24/7 service (843-458-3249). Dispatch will
walk you thru the remaining steps while waiting for Fire Department
and Technician if required.
4 - Place system on test with Central Station phone number and account
information that is on the sticker on front of panel. This eliminates additional
false alarms from being dispatched while technician is in route.
